  • Fresh chicken eggs (22 pieces);
  • In principle, vegetables, all others than potatoes (due to strength in the composition you have to reject 11 days);
  • Green (the better);
  • Kefir (normal freshness, there is no sense of mild dairy products with low fat, they only dispel appetite) - 500 ml per day;
  • Mineral water (can be without gases), excellent to avoid the problems of constipation and swelling.
  • Buckwheat and barley (from a pack);
  • Cheese (optional, can be replaced by cottage cheese).
Lip of diets

Menu for 11 days:

Awakening:A glass of water and a piece of lemon (warm appearance);

Breakfast:Egg and buckwheat cooked in a water bath in the evening, tea/coffee;

LunchAfter 1.5-2 hours: an apple and a mineral water;

Dinner:Palvka, which is cooked in a water bath in the evening, a vegetable salad with green (you can season with olive oil or sour cream), every B/sugar drink;

Afternoon snack:Egg in any form 1/2 tomatoes or cucumbers, mineral water;

Dinner:Buckwheat (you can add onion+carrots in olive or linseed oil and a prey drink.

Late dinner:Up to 500 ml of kefir.

In the dietThere is no meat, so maybe it was called a budget.But we take the protein from eggs - inexpensive and very rich in useful substances.In addition, muesli - buckwheat and pearl barley contain a number of minerals and vitamins that helps to be more elastic, and gently and gently clean the intestine.

Sport, training and increased physical activity in such a short diet with a monotonous diet are not required.The body is not adapted to the diet, the excess load is nothing.However, this does not rule out healthy walking, uniform sleep and skin care (self -massage, bathrooms, meditation).
